These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a public offer and a legally binding agreement between the User and the praga.work platform (“Platform”, “Website”). By using the Website, registering, or otherwise using the Platform, the User confirms that they have read these Terms, understand their content, and fully accept them. If the User does not agree with any part of these Terms, they must immediately stop using the Platform. 1. Platform Status The Platform is an independent online service that provides the technical possibility to publish and view job advertisements. The Platform provides exclusively a technical service for publishing advertisements and does not participate in employment relationships between users and Website visitors. The Platform is not an employer, recruitment agency, employment agency, intermediary, representative, or partner of users. The Platform does not participate in negotiations, conclusion of contracts, payment of wages, processing of visas, work permits, or other documents. All interactions between users and Website visitors take place directly between them without the participation of the Platform. 2. User Accounts Users may create accounts on the Platform to publish job advertisements and use the available functions of the Website. By creating an account, the User confirms that the information provided is accurate, up to date, and does not violate applicable law. The Platform does not verify the identity of users, the legal status of companies, the existence of licenses or permits, and is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by users. Viewing advertisements posted on the Platform is available to Website visitors without registration. 3. Advertisements and User Content All job advertisements, descriptions, messages, images, and other materials are posted independently by users. The Platform does not create, edit, or control the content of job advertisements posted by users. All advertisements are published independently by users and reflect solely the position of the respective users. The Platform does not verify, confirm, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of user content. The Platform is not responsible for the legality of vacancies, working conditions, payment for work, employers’ requirements, or any consequences arising from responding to advertisements or interactions between users and Website visitors. Users are solely responsible for compliance with applicable law, including labor, immigration, and tax law. The Platform is not obliged to carry out prior verification of advertisements or users. 4. No Employment Guarantees The Platform does not guarantee obtaining employment, level of income, working conditions, processing of visas, or work permits. The Platform does not participate in the hiring process of workers and is not responsible for the results of interactions between users and Website visitors. Any arrangements between users and Website visitors are made solely at their own risk. Contact between users and Website visitors may take place outside the Platform, and the Platform is not responsible for such interactions. 5. Paid Platform Functions The Platform may provide paid functions, including advertisement placement, placement packages, advertisement promotion functions, and other technical capabilities of the Website. Paid functions provide exclusively access to the functionality of the Platform. The Platform does not guarantee employment, responses, the number of advertisement views, or any specific results. 6. Account Balance and Platform Credits Users may top up their account balance to use functions available on the Platform. After a successful payment, the corresponding amount is credited to the user’s balance in the form of platform credits. The provision of such credits is considered a rendered service. The account balance may be displayed in dollars solely for the convenience of users. Topping up the balance constitutes the purchase of digital platform credits intended for use within the service. Platform credits are intended exclusively for activating additional functions available on the platform, including advertisement placement, placement packages, advertisement promotion functions, and other platform functions. Platform credits are not monetary funds, a bank account, or an electronic wallet. Platform credits are not subject to withdrawal, may not be transferred to other users, and may not be exchanged for monetary funds. 7. Bonus Credits The Platform may provide users with bonus credits, including welcome bonuses upon registration or as part of marketing campaigns. Such credits are internal platform credits. Bonus credits: – are not monetary funds – are not subject to withdrawal – may not be transferred to other users – may not be exchanged for monetary funds. The Platform has the right to restrict the use of bonus credits, set their validity period, or cancel them at its own discretion. 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, including loss of data, income, profit, reputation, or business opportunities arising in connection with the use of the Platform. The Platform is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or decisions of users, Website visitors, or third parties. 9. Moderation The Platform has the right, but not the obligation, to remove content, restrict access, or block user accounts at its own discretion. Such actions may be carried out without prior notice and without explanation of reasons. The Platform is not obliged to verify or control user content. 10. Third-Party Resources The Website may contain links to third-party resources. The Platform does not control and is not responsible for the content or activities of such resources. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms, as well as the use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law. Any disputes, claims, or disagreements arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the use of the Platform, or related thereto shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any rights of users that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory provisions of applicable law. 12. Changes to the Terms The Platform has the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of the updated version of the Terms. 13.
