Complaints and Reporting Policy

This Complaints and Reporting Policy (“Policy”) describes how praga.work (“Platform”, “Website”) handles user complaints, reports, and notifications. This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and Disclaimer. 1. Platform Role The Platform is an independent information service that provides technical functionality for publishing and accessing job-related advertisements. The Platform does not act as an arbitrator, mediator, law enforcement authority, or regulatory body. The Platform does not resolve disputes between users and does not provide legal, employment, or migration assistance. 2. Right, Not Obligation The Platform may, but is not obligated to, provide users with the ability to submit complaints or reports regarding content or user behavior. The submission of a complaint does not create any obligation for the Platform to review, investigate, respond to, or take action. 3. Scope of Complaints Users may submit complaints related to content they believe violates the Platform’s internal policies or applicable laws. Complaints may include, but are not limited to, reports of: – misleading or fraudulent job listings, – prohibited or illegal content, – abusive or inappropriate behavior. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, or completeness of complaints submitted by users. 4. No Guaranteed Response or Timeline The Platform does not guarantee: – that a complaint will be reviewed, – that any action will be taken, – that a response will be provided, – that complaints will be handled within a specific timeframe. All decisions regarding complaints are made at the Platform’s sole discretion. 5. No Liability for Complaint Handling The Platform shall not be liable for any consequences arising from: – failure to review or act on a complaint, – delay in handling complaints, – removal or non-removal of content, – suspension or non-suspension of user accounts. Users acknowledge and agree that complaint handling decisions are final and non-appealable. 6. False or Abusive Complaints The Platform reserves the right to ignore, restrict, or take action against users who submit false, abusive, excessive, or bad-faith complaints. 7. User Responsibility Users remain solely responsible for protecting their own rights and interests. If a user believes their rights have been violated, they should contact appropriate authorities or seek independent legal advice. The Platform does not replace official legal, regulatory, or judicial remedies. 8. Cooperation with Authorities The Platform may comply with legally valid requests from competent authorities where required by applicable law. The Platform does not assume any obligation to proactively report user content or activities. 9. Amendments The Platform reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
