Code of Ethics

This Code of Ethics (“Code”) establishes general ethical standards and principles applicable to all users of praga.work (“Platform”, “Website”). This Code is an integral part of the Terms of Service and applies to all interactions on the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to interpret and enforce this Code at its sole discretion. 1. General Principles Users are expected to act honestly, lawfully, and responsibly when using the Platform. The Platform is committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment but does not guarantee the behavior, integrity, or intentions of users. 2. User Conduct Users must not engage in behavior that may: – mislead, deceive, or manipulate other users, – exploit vulnerable individuals, – promote unlawful or unethical employment practices, – involve coercion, threats, or abuse, – damage the reputation or integrity of the Platform. 3. Job Listings and Communications Employers and job seekers must ensure that all job listings, profiles, and communications are truthful, lawful, and respectful. The Platform does not verify the ethical standards, intentions, or practices of users and assumes no responsibility for their conduct. 4. Non-Discrimination Users are expected to respect basic principles of non-discrimination and equal treatment. The Platform does not enforce or monitor compliance with employment equality laws and does not guarantee that user content complies with such standards. 5. Conflicts of Interest Users are responsible for avoiding conflicts of interest and for acting in good faith when interacting with other users. The Platform does not assess, disclose, or manage conflicts of interest between users. 6. Platform Discretion The Platform reserves the right, but not the obligation, to: – restrict or remove content, – suspend or terminate accounts, – limit access to the Platform, – take other measures deemed appropriate. Such actions may be taken without prior notice, explanation, or liability. 7. No Enforcement Obligation The existence of this Code does not create an obligation for the Platform to monitor, investigate, or enforce ethical conduct. Failure to act on any violation does not constitute waiver of the Platform’s rights. 8. User Responsibility Users remain solely responsible for their actions, decisions, and interactions on the Platform. The Platform shall not be liable for any consequences arising from user behavior or ethical violations. 9. Amendments The Platform may update this Code at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
