This Moderation Policy explains how praga.work (“Platform”, “Website”) handles user-generated content and user accounts. This Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service.

The Platform is an online information service that provides technical functionality for publishing and viewing job-related advertisements. The Platform does not create, control, or pre-approve user content.
Content published on the Platform is provided solely by users, who bear full responsibility for its legality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws.
2. No Obligation to Monitor
The Platform does not have and does not assume any obligation to actively monitor, review, verify, or pre-screen content published by users.
The absence of moderation or delayed moderation does not constitute approval, endorsement, or validation of any content.
3. Prohibited Content
Users are prohibited from publishing content that includes, but is not limited to:
– illegal job offers or activities prohibited by law,
– forced labor, human trafficking, or exploitation,
– discrimination, harassment, or hate speech,
– misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information,
– content violating third-party rights,
– spam, malware, or encourage unlawful behavior.
4. Platform Rights
The Platform reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:
– remove, edit, restrict, or block any content,
– suspend or terminate user accounts,
– limit access to the Platform,
– take technical measures deemed necessary.
All such actions may be taken at the Platform’s sole discretion, without prior notice, explanation, or liability.
5. Complaints and Reports
The Platform may provide a mechanism for users to report content they believe violates these policies.
Submission of a complaint does not guarantee review, action, or response. The Platform is not obligated to investigate, respond to, or resolve disputes between users.
6. No Liability for Moderation Decisions
The Platform shall not be liable for:
– failure to remove content,
– removal of lawful content,
– account suspension or termination,
– any consequences arising from moderation decisions.
Users acknowledge that moderation decisions are subjective and final.
7. Legal Requests
The Platform may comply with legally valid requests from competent authorities where required by applicable law. The Platform does not assume any obligation to proactively report user content or activities.
8. Changes to This Policy
The Platform reserves the right to modify this Moderation Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
