Moderation Policy
This Moderation Policy sets out the main rules governing the review of user content and the measures that may be applied to content and user accounts on praga.work (the “Platform”, the “Site”).
This Policy applies together with the Terms of Use, the Prohibited Content and Abuse Policy, the Complaints and Notices Policy, and other applicable legal documents of praga.work.
General Principles of Moderation
praga.work provides users with the technical ability to publish vacancies, profile information, CVs, and other materials supported by the functionality of the Platform.
Users are responsible for the content they publish or provide through the Platform, including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with the rules of praga.work and applicable law.
Publication of user content on the Platform does not constitute approval, confirmation, or endorsement of that content by praga.work.
The Platform may moderate user content and user accounts in order to ensure compliance with applicable law, the Terms of Use, and other rules of praga.work, protect users, maintain the security of the Platform, and prevent abuse.
When taking moderation measures, the Platform may consider the nature and seriousness of the violation, the information available, possible consequences, repeated violations, and other circumstances relevant to the particular case.
No General Monitoring Obligation
The Platform does not carry out mandatory advance review of every item of user content and is not required to continuously monitor all user content or actively seek facts or circumstances indicating illegal activity unless such an obligation is expressly imposed by applicable law.
The Platform may nevertheless carry out reviews on its own initiative, assess complaints and notices received, use technical means to identify spam, fraud, malicious activity, or other violations, and take measures in relation to identified content or user accounts.
The absence of prior review of a particular item, or the fact that it has remained available on the Platform for a period of time, does not mean that praga.work confirms its legality, accuracy, or compliance with the rules of the Platform.
Grounds for Moderation
The Platform may take measures in relation to user content or a user account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:
- the content is illegal or connected with illegal activity;
- a vacancy or offer is connected with human trafficking, forced labour, exploitation, or other prohibited activity;
- the content contains fraudulent, knowingly false, or misleading information;
- the content contains threats, incitement to hatred, unlawful discrimination, or other prohibited material;
- the content infringes the rights or legitimate interests of third parties;
- the content contains spam, malicious code, attempts to circumvent technical restrictions, or other indications of abuse of the Platform;
- the content or conduct of a user violates the Terms of Use, the Prohibited Content and Abuse Policy, or other applicable rules of praga.work;
- the material has been published in breach of the required structure, intended use of particular fields, or technical requirements of the Platform;
- the user attempts to circumvent a restriction previously imposed or otherwise abuses the functionality of the Platform.
The full scope of prohibited content and conduct is determined by the relevant legal documents of praga.work and applicable law.
Moderation Measures
Depending on the nature and seriousness of the circumstances, the Platform may:
- leave the material unchanged;
- ask the user to correct or supplement the material;
- refuse publication of the material;
- make permitted editorial or technical changes;
- restrict the visibility or availability of the material;
- remove the material in whole or in part;
- restrict particular functions of a user account;
- temporarily suspend a user account;
- terminate access to a user account in cases of serious or repeated violations;
- take other proportionate measures necessary to comply with applicable law, the rules of the Platform, or security requirements.
The particular measure selected depends on the circumstances of the violation. The Platform is not required to apply a less restrictive measure before applying a more restrictive one where the nature of the violation, legal requirements, user safety, or other material circumstances require immediate action.
Editorial and Technical Changes
The Platform may make limited editorial and technical changes to user content where necessary to comply with the structure, format, intended use of particular fields, or other rules of the Platform.
Such changes may include:
- removing duplicated information;
- removing contact details from a vacancy description or another text field where separate Platform fields are provided for those contact details;
- correcting or removing improper formatting, technical characters, or elements that interfere with the display of the material;
- removing a part of the material that violates the rules of the Platform where the remaining part can be preserved without distorting its meaning.
Editorial and technical changes must not unjustifiably alter the material meaning of user content.
The Platform does not change material terms of a vacancy or other offer on behalf of the user, such as salary, nature of the work, place of work, duties, or other essential conditions, except to correct an obvious technical error or where the change has been expressly agreed with the user.
Complaints and Notices of Illegal Content
The Platform provides an electronic means of reporting specific material that the notifier considers illegal or in violation of the rules of praga.work.
A notice must contain sufficient information to identify the relevant material and understand the reason for the report.
Notices received are assessed taking into account their content, the information available, the nature of the alleged violation, and the requirements of applicable law.
The Platform processes properly submitted notices in a timely, diligent, objective, and non-arbitrary manner.
Following review, the Platform may remove or restrict the material, apply measures to a user account, request additional information, or leave the material unchanged where there are insufficient grounds for intervention.
Where required by applicable law and where the necessary contact details are available, the notifier will be informed of the decision taken and the available means of contesting it.

Notice to the User of a Moderation Decision
Where the Platform restricts user content or a user account because of the alleged illegality of content or a violation of the rules of praga.work, the user will be provided with information about the decision and the reasons for it in the cases and to the extent required by applicable law.
Such notice may include information about the measure taken, the reasons for the decision, the relevant rule or legal basis, and available means of contesting the decision.
Advance notice is not required where immediate action is necessary to comply with a binding legal requirement or an order of a competent authority, prevent fraud, address a security threat or serious abuse, or in other circumstances where prior notice is not required or permitted under applicable law.
Contesting Moderation Decisions
A moderation decision does not deprive the user of the right to use any available means of review or challenge.
Where a complaint or review procedure is available for the relevant decision, the user may use it in accordance with the Complaints and Notices Policy and applicable law.
The Platform reviews such submissions on the basis of the relevant facts, the information provided, and the rules applicable to the circumstances.
Where a review establishes that the grounds for the measure no longer exist or that the decision was based on incomplete or incorrect information, the Platform may revoke or modify the relevant measure.
Repeated and Serious Violations
Repeated violations may be taken into account when determining an appropriate moderation measure.
In the case of a serious violation, the Platform may impose a restriction immediately without first applying less restrictive measures where this is necessary in light of the nature of the violation, user safety, or applicable requirements.
When assessing repeated violations, the Platform may consider the number and frequency of violations, their nature and seriousness, their consequences, previous warnings and measures, and available information indicating intentional abuse of the Platform.
Measures relating to the systematic publication of manifestly illegal content or other forms of abuse are applied in accordance with the requirements of applicable law.
Requests and Orders from Competent Authorities
The Platform reviews and complies with binding lawful orders and requirements issued by competent administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Receiving or complying with a specific order from a public authority does not in itself create a general obligation to continuously monitor the activities of all users or all user content.
Where the law requires the user to be informed of the relevant order or a measure taken on its basis, such notice will be provided subject to any restrictions imposed by law.
Limitation of Liability
The fact that the Platform performs moderation does not mean that it assumes an obligation to guarantee the complete absence of all illegal, inaccurate, or rule-violating material.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, praga.work is not liable for user content or user conduct solely because the relevant material was not identified or removed before the Platform received information enabling it to take the necessary measures.
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits the liability of praga.work or the rights of users where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Changes
The Platform may update this Policy in connection with changes to the functionality of the Platform, moderation rules, or applicable requirements.
The current version is published on the Site.
Where applicable law requires additional notice to users regarding a relevant change, such notice will be provided by an available method.
