Illegal Activities Notice

This Illegal Activities Notice (“Notice”) applies to praga.work (“Platform”, “Website”) and forms an integral part of the Terms of Service, Moderation Policy, and Prohibited Content Policy. 1. Platform Neutrality The Platform is an independent online information service that provides technical functionality for publishing and accessing job-related advertisements. The Platform does not encourage, support, participate in, or facilitate illegal activities of any kind. 2. User Responsibility Users are solely and fully responsible for ensuring that their content, actions, communications, and job offers comply with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with labor, immigration, tax, employment, and criminal laws of the Czech Republic and any other applicable jurisdiction. 3. No Knowledge or Control The Platform does not have prior knowledge of user activities and does not control or supervise interactions between users. The Platform does not verify the legality of job offers, employment conditions, payments, or user conduct. 4. No Liability The Platform shall not be liable for any illegal, unlawful, or prohibited activities conducted by users or third parties through or in connection with the Platform. Any consequences arising from such activities rest solely with the responsible users. 5. Reporting and Authorities Users who become aware of illegal activities are encouraged to contact competent authorities directly. The Platform may comply with legally valid requests from authorities where required by applicable law but does not assume any obligation to proactively monitor, investigate, or report user activity. 6. Account Actions The Platform reserves the right, but not the obligation, to restrict access, remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts if illegal activities are suspected.
