Maintenance and Downtime Notice
This Maintenance and Downtime Notice (“Notice”) applies to praga.work (“Platform”, “Website”) and forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and Payment Policy.
1. Service Availability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free operation.
Access to the Platform may be temporarily limited, suspended, or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security measures, or factors beyond the Platform’s control.
2. Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance
The Platform may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance at any time, with or without prior notice.
The Platform is not obligated to announce maintenance periods or provide advance warnings to users.
3. Technical Issues and Force Events
The Platform shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by:
– technical failures,
– software or infrastructure issues,
– third-party service disruptions,
– cybersecurity incidents,
– force majeure events,
– internet or network outages.
4. No Compensation or Refunds
Temporary unavailability, reduced functionality, or technical errors do not entitle users to:
– refunds,
– compensation,
– service credits,
– subscription extensions,
– damages or claims of any kind.
Paid services grant access to Platform functionality only and are not performance-based.
5. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring timely use of the Platform and for maintaining backups of any data or content they consider important.
The Platform does not guarantee preservation or availability of user content during maintenance or downtime.
6. No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform disclaims all liability arising from maintenance, downtime, or technical interruptions.
7. Amendments
The Platform reserves the right to update this Notice at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
