Vacancies, profile information, CVs, descriptions of working conditions, contact details, and other user materials are published or provided by users.
The Platform does not guarantee that information published by users in vacancies, profiles, CVs, and other materials is complete, current, or accurate.
The User independently evaluates information relevant to their decisions and, where necessary, verifies it directly with the employer, company, recruiter, competent authority, or another appropriate source.
Publication of a vacancy, profile, or other user material on the Site does not mean that praga.work confirms, recommends, or endorses the information contained in it.
No Professional Advice
Information available through the Platform does not constitute legal, immigration, tax, financial, or other professional advice.
Information concerning employment, visas, work permits, residence, taxes, contracts, salary, and other legally significant matters does not replace individual advice from a qualified professional or information from a competent public authority.
The User independently determines whether professional advice is necessary before making a legally or financially significant decision.
Verification of Companies and Recruiters
For certain accounts, the Platform may verify specific company information or the identity of a recruiter.
Verification may be based on submitted documents, information from official or public registers, and other data used by the relevant verification function.
The result of verification confirms only the correspondence of the specific information checked at the time the verification is carried out.
A verification status or badge does not guarantee the honesty, reliability, or solvency of a user, does not confirm the accuracy of all information published by that user, and does not guarantee performance of stated conditions or obligations.
The User independently decides whether to interact with a company, recruiter, or other user regardless of whether a verification status is displayed.
No Guarantee of Employment or Results
Use of the Platform does not guarantee:
- obtaining employment or an invitation to an interview;
- a particular number of views, responses, or contacts;
- a particular level of salary or other income;
- conclusion or performance of an employment or other agreement;
- that actual working conditions will correspond to information stated in a vacancy;
- provision of accommodation, transportation, or other additional conditions;
- obtaining a visa, work permit, residence permit, or other government document.
Use of paid promotion features also does not guarantee a particular number of views, responses, candidates, contacts, or any other specific result.
The results of job searches, candidate recruitment, negotiations, and subsequent interactions depend on user decisions and other circumstances that the Platform does not determine or control.
Interactions Between Users
Users independently decide whether to begin communication, conduct negotiations, provide documents or personal data, enter into agreements, transfer money, or assume other obligations.
praga.work is not a party to arrangements arising directly between users and does not determine the terms of their employment, commercial, or other relationships.
Before transferring money, documents, or other significant information, the User should independently assess the other party and verify the terms of the proposed interaction.
Where communication continues by telephone, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, or another external service, the Platform is not a participant in such communication and does not receive the content of calls or messages merely because the user proceeds to the relevant service.
Actions of Users and Third Parties
Users are independently responsible for their actions, omissions, statements, offers, promises, documents, information, and obligations toward other persons.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, praga.work is not responsible for the acts or omissions of users and third parties, or for the performance or non-performance of arrangements made between them without the participation of the Platform.
If a user provides false information, changes stated conditions, fails to perform their obligations, or engages in unlawful conduct, the mere fact that the user uses praga.work does not mean that the Platform assumes responsibility for such conduct.
External Resources and Services
The Platform may contain links or technical redirects to third-party websites, messaging services, payment services, advertising resources, and other external services.
After proceeding to an external resource, the User interacts directly with the relevant third party.
External services operate independently of praga.work and may apply their own terms of use, privacy policies, and other rules.
praga.work does not control the content, availability, security, or activities of external resources and is not responsible for the actions of third-party services to the extent that the relevant circumstances are outside the Platform’s control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, praga.work is not responsible for the consequences of decisions made by the User solely on the basis of user materials without verifying information that is materially relevant to such a decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, revenue, business opportunities, or reputation resulting from the actions of users, third parties, or the use of external services.
This Disclaimer does not exclude or limit the liability of praga.work or the mandatory rights of the User where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Relationship With Other Documents
This Disclaimer does not replace the other legal documents of praga.work.
Rules governing use of the Platform are established in the Terms of Use.
Rules governing payments, use of credits, and refunds are established in the Payment and Refund Policy.
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by the Cookie Policy.
Other current legal documents of praga.work also apply to the relevant functions and circumstances.
Changes
The Platform may update this Disclaimer in connection with changes to Platform functions, the nature of the services provided, or applicable requirements.
The current version is published on the Site.
Where applicable law requires additional notice to users regarding a relevant change, such notice will be provided by an available method.
