Payment and Refund Policy
This Payment and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the provision of paid features on the praga.work platform (“Platform”, “Website”) and forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and Disclaimer.
By making a payment on the Platform, the User confirms that they have read and fully agree to this Policy.
1. Paid Platform Features
The Platform may provide paid features, including job posting, posting packages, promotion features for listings, and other technical capabilities of the Website.
Paid features provide access solely to the functionality of the Platform.
The Platform does not guarantee employment, responses to job postings, number of views, or any specific results.
2. Account Balance Top-Up
Users may top up their account balance in order to use the features available on the Platform.
After a successful payment, the corresponding amount is credited to the user’s balance in the form of platform credits.
The provision of such credits is considered the delivery of the service.
The account balance may be displayed in dollars solely for the convenience of users.
A balance top-up represents the purchase of digital platform credits intended for use within the service.
Platform credits are intended exclusively for activating additional features available on the platform, including job postings, posting packages, listing promotion features, and other platform features.
Platform credits are not monetary funds, bank accounts, or electronic wallets.
Platform credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred to other users, or exchanged for money.
3. Payment Methods
Payments may be made using cryptocurrency or other payment methods indicated on the Website.
The Platform is not a payment system, financial institution, escrow service, or transaction guarantor.
Payments may be processed by third-party services or decentralized networks that are outside the control of the Platform.
4. Cryptocurrency Transactions
The User acknowledges and agrees that:
cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
transaction confirmations depend on blockchain networks
entering an incorrect wallet address may result in permanent loss of funds
delays or technical issues may occur that are beyond the Platform’s control.
The Platform is not responsible for user errors, network failures, loss of funds, or actions of third parties.
5. Refund Policy
A balance top-up is considered a completed service once the credits have been credited to the user’s account.
For this reason, balance top-ups are generally non-refundable, including cases where the user did not use the credits or changed their decision.
6. Payment Review Request
The user may submit a payment review request within 14 days from the date of payment.
Such requests are reviewed by the platform administration only in cases of a possible error or unauthorized transaction.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.
7. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in limited and exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
a technical error during payment processing
a duplicate payment
a confirmed unauthorized transaction.
8. Refund Restrictions
The platform administration reserves the right to refuse a refund if:
credits have been credited to the user’s account
access to paid platform features has been provided
the payment was made voluntarily by the user.
In such cases, the service is considered delivered.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any losses or claims related to payments or the use of paid features.
10. Changes
The Platform reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
Continued use of paid features constitutes acceptance of the updated version of this Policy.
