Prohibited Conduct Users must not engage in conduct that: – deceives or exploits other users, – circumvents Platform rules or technical restrictions, – interferes with Platform operation or security, – abuses reporting or complaint mechanisms, – harms the reputation or legal standing of the Platform. 4. No Verification or Guarantees The Platform does not verify compliance with this Policy and does not guarantee that prohibited content will be identified or removed. The presence of prohibited content does not imply approval or endorsement by the Platform. 5. Platform Rights The Platform reserves the right, but not the obligation, to: – remove or restrict content, – suspend or terminate user accounts, – limit access to the Platform, – take any technical or administrative measures deemed appropriate. Such actions may be taken at the Platform’s sole discretion, without prior notice, explanation, or liability. 6.
