Prohibited Content and Abuse Policy
This Prohibited Content and Abuse Policy (“Policy”) defines the types of content and behavior that are not permitted on praga.work (“Platform”, “Website”). This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service, Moderation Policy, and Code of Ethics.
1. Platform Nature
The Platform provides technical functionality for publishing and viewing job-related advertisements. The Platform does not create, endorse, or verify user-generated content.
Users bear full responsibility for all content they publish and for their conduct on the Platform.
2. Prohibited Content
Users are prohibited from publishing, sharing, or distributing content that includes, but is not limited to:
– illegal job offers or activities prohibited by applicable law,
– human trafficking, forced labor, exploitation, or related practices,
– misleading, false, or fraudulent job information,
– requests for illegal fees, deposits, or payments from job seekers,
– discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or threats,
– sexually explicit or inappropriate content,
– impersonation or misrepresentation of identity or authority,
– malware, harmful code, or technical abuse,
– spam, mass postings, or manipulative practices.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in conduct that:
– deceives or exploits other users,
– circumvents Platform rules or technical restrictions,
– interferes with Platform operation or security,
– abuses reporting or complaint mechanisms,
– harms the reputation or legal standing of the Platform.
4. No Verification or Guarantees
The Platform does not verify compliance with this Policy and does not guarantee that prohibited content will be identified or removed.
The presence of prohibited content does not imply approval or endorsement by the Platform.
5. Platform Rights
The Platform reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:
– remove or restrict content,
– suspend or terminate user accounts,
– limit access to the Platform,
– take any technical or administrative measures deemed appropriate.
Such actions may be taken at the Platform’s sole discretion, without prior notice, explanation, or liability.
6. No Liability
The Platform shall not be liable for:
– the presence or absence of prohibited content,
– user losses resulting from interaction with other users,
– enforcement or non-enforcement of this Policy.
7. Reporting
Users may report content they believe violates this Policy. Submission of a report does not guarantee review, action, or response.
Users are encouraged to contact competent authorities directly where appropriate.
8. Amendments
The Platform reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
