Czech tax changes 2027: EET 2.0 DIS+ functions start November 1
Czech tax changes for 2027 include the return of electronic sales reporting in a new EET 2.0 system. The next technical milestone arrives on November 1, 2026.
From that date, EET 2.0 functions are scheduled to become available in the DIS+ tax information box, including the ability to generate cash-register certificates.
Small businesses should also watch the December launch of the free MOJE EET application and the staged start of the system in early 2027.
Czech tax changes: what happens on November 1
According to the Czech Financial Administration, EET 2.0 functions are scheduled to appear in DIS+ on November 1, 2026. Businesses will be able to prepare the certificates needed for sales reporting.
MOJE EET is planned for December 1
A free web application called MOJE EET is scheduled to launch on December 1. It is intended mainly for smaller businesses that do not want to build their own technical solution.
The Financial Administration has also published technical documentation and a dedicated information website for EET 2.0.
When does EET 2.0 actually start
The official timetable points to January 1, 2027 for the start of operation, with January treated as a pilot period. Full production operation is scheduled from February 1, 2027.
What businesses should do now
Businesses that expect to fall under EET 2.0 should check whether their payment methods are covered, review their POS software and follow the official implementation timetable. The final obligations depend on the law and the type of payment, so official guidance should take priority over third-party summaries.
